joins me from el paso, texas. it s good to see. you talk to us about what you are hearing from officials in el paso, how are they preparing to help these migrants? what are their main concerns? alicia, well the declaration of emergency was a first step to get more help with the overwhelming number of migrants arriving a few days ago, it could be very difficult to help them all. you can see the images move making their way to the news, that wasn t arriving daily after their process by and then released into the u.s. to a continue their asylum process. the crowds are too large for the city to be able to offer the sheltering, offer all the things that the lot of migrants need. many of them are sleeping on the streets in places like, here, right behind me. you could see that they have had to rely on a lot of volunteers. for example, that car behind me, alicia, who is a woman that drove down so that anyone who has a baby that has a kid can go in there and stay warm. ....
