Carter's Jewel Chest announces winner of its Red White & Blue pendant Shena Loftis of Thornfield, Missouri, was the 2021 winner of the Carter’s Jewel Chest Jewels For You pendant. She presented the winning ticket June 28. Loftis, a branch manager at Bank OZK in Mountain Home, received a one-carat total weight diamond from Facet Barcelona. “I was really surprised,” Loftis said.
