8月1日起，除重大、复杂案件外，深圳市中级人民法院不再受理涉外或者涉及香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区、台湾地区的一审行政案件。相关案件将统一调整至基层人民法院管辖。记者从28日举行的发布会上获悉，深圳在全国率先实施由基层人民法院受理部分涉外、涉港澳台一审行政案件的改革措施。
深圳中院副院长傅新江介绍，8月起，环境资源类涉外或者涉及香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区、台湾地区的一审行政案件由深圳市龙岗区人民法院按照环境资源类案件“三审合一”集中管辖；除专利、垄断外的知识产权类涉外或者涉及香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区、台湾地区的一审行政案件由深圳市各相应基层人民法院按照 ....

深圳在全国率先实施改革：部分涉外涉港澳台一审行政案件管辖权下放_南方网

　　其中，环境资源类涉外、涉港澳台一审行政案件由深圳市龙岗区人民法院按照环境资源类案件“三审合一”集中管辖；除专利、垄断外的知识产权类涉外、涉港澳台一审行政案件由深圳市各相应基层人民法院按照知识产权案件“三审合一”集中管辖；其他涉外、涉港澳台一审行政案件由深圳市盐田区人民法院集中管辖。因上述案件产生的执行案件，由各相应基层法院受理。
　　深圳市中级人民法院副院长傅新江介绍，2021年8月1日前，深圳市中级人民法院已按原管辖规定受理但尚未审结（或尚未执行完毕）的案件，由深圳市中级人民法院继续审理（或执行）；8月1日起，深圳市中级人民法院不再受理涉外、涉港澳台一审行政案件，社会影响重大的共同诉讼案件等重大、复杂案件及专利、垄断知识产权案件除外。
