First Rocket Powered By Biofuel To Launch From Maine This Weekend After a weather delay, a first in rocketry will take off from northern Maine this weekend. A rocket powered by biofuel will launch from Loring Commerce Centre, in Limestone. It will be the first rocket in the world to be launched using bio-derived fuel, and Maine's first commercial rocket launch. Maine Science Festival goes online   January 17, 2021 on News BANGOR– As the first and only science festival in Maine, the Maine Science Festival (MSF) celebrates Maine science and the people who do it.   MSF has announced six different online forums from January through March.
