'Newspaper Reports Not Proof': 1994 Supreme Court Precedent In Hindenburg Case
The Supreme Court today backed market regulator SEBI's clean chit to the Adani Group in the Hindenburg case and said the report by the OCCRP can't be the basis for doubting the capital markets regulator's investigation.
