Tempers flare amongst family members after police were involved in a standoff with a man who fired shots at residents and at a KSAT television crew who were on the scene to follow up on an overnight fire incident on Monday, July 5, 2021. The man fled from the scene at the 200 block of Noria and police then surrounded him at another home on the 300 block of Noria.
