The Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission licensing division issued six mixed-beverage licenses, six mixed beverage/combination licenses, four beer and wine licenses, five retail beer licenses, four retail wine licenses, two complimentary beverage licenses, one self-distribution license and three direct shipper permit licenses from Aug. 15-26.
