Utah restaurant liquor licenses are still scarce, DABS board says, even after Legislature's additions
Utah's liquor board will have 30 extra restaurant licenses to hand out in May, thanks to a provision of the Utah Legislature's annual omnibus liquor bill. But board members said they will still have to look at restaurant applications with tight scrutiny, because of their scarcity.
