Where do you stand on this? >> look. running the federal government one week at a time is incredibly wasteful. you cannot make contractual commitments that make any sense on that basis, you cannot run a major enterprise, you cannot run the defense department. can you not run health and human services. you cannot run the major agencies of the federal government on a one-week basis. this is too big an enterprise. it is hugely wasteful. at some point it's got to stop. but, if you say to me, look, one more time and it's clean, none of these side issues, you know, i would agree to that. >> all righ...
