A new project in Mooresville hopes to improve safety and traffic flow on a major road, but will take years to complete.
"If we want to also improve travel time, an increase in automated vehicles isn’t enough; we need vehicles that are capable of communicating with each other and with the traffic-control systems that manage traffic flow at intersections," N.C. State professor says.
Remember to use those turn signals and pay attention as you come to intersections where the light may be out or malfunctioning.
