A national multifamily residential management group has added a third Winston-Salem apartment complex to its entrance strategy into the market. Braehill Gardens LP, an affiliate of Harbor Group International of Norfolk, Va., paid $35.7 million for Braehill Apartments at 200 Braehill Terrace Drive, according to a Forsyth County Register of Deeds filing that posted Monday.
