COLORADO SPRINGS — During Black History Month, News5 is highlighting black business owners in Southern Colorado. There are hundreds to choose from but let s start with two.
The Tax Bureau is owned by a father and son team in Colorado Springs. Reginald and Simeon Henley have been running a tax preparation service for over 20 years in the city.
Both men say they ve had to work hard in an industry where there aren t many African American accountants.
We just try to do our very best and exceed what is expected, Reginald Henley explained. We recognize that we are a minority owned business, but we cater to everybody, he said. ....
