Over crowded. I dont know if you have been there but its desolate outa the shipyards and hunters point. There are pot holes that cause damage to vehicles. Theres no Potable Water and people have to drink bottled water. There are flooding and heating problems and its next to a radioactive waste site. Its isolated and scary.
