Partial closure order enforced at property in St Albans | St Albans & Harpenden Review
The order relates to a flat at Telford Court, Alma Road. The order application was heard at St Albans Magistrates court on Thursday, April 1, and has been obtained until Wednesday, June 30. The partial closure order prohibits anyone from entering the property other than the registered tenant, their partner and children, as well as two others for childcare. Access is also authorised for St Albans City and District Council and their agents, utility companies in an emergency and the emergency services.
