The shipyard is warning that the work may come with a smell.  "While the Navy is taking actions to reduce any impacts, the odor may be detectable in surrounding communities beyond the installation’s fence line," the shipyard said in a release, noting that "containment systems and prompt shipment will be in place to minimize odor by capturing and properly disposing of the marine growth."  The shipyard had hoped to get the venerable vessel into dry dock Friday but winds delayed the move.
