Community rallies to get 2 Ukrainian refugees a car
With the war ongoing in Ukraine, Elisabeth and Thomas Hangartner of Colchester, Ont., have decided to play a role in helping refugees settle; an act of generosity that brought with it a new set of challenges, including transportation. That's until the community rallied to meet a need.
