British Council Hikes IELTS Fee For Nigerians To N139,000
The British Council in Nigeria has announced a fresh increment in the fees for its various English Language Testing System (IELTS) examinations. A notice published on the Council’s website said from February 1, 2024, applicants will N139,000 for Computer Academic and General Training Modules; N134,000 for Paper Academic and General Training Modules; N149,000 for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI); N130,000 for Life Skills; and N87,570 for One Skill Retake (O.S.R). It blamed the fee hike on “increased costs in the delivery of our exams”.
