Broad Metro, a commercial real estate development company, has announced that its Stadium Trace development project in Hoover is progressing smoothly. The company said Thursday that it is set to begin Phase 2 of the project pending the approval of a Letter of Intent filed by Broad Metro with the Hoover City Council.
