Slate Property Group and Grobman-Gross Properties have broken ground for their 166-unit mixed-use project at 69-65 Yellowstone Boulevard in Queens. The development will include 50 affordable apartments and 186 parking spaces across 210,000 s/f in the Forest Hills neighborhood.
