BLM to begin 'wild burro gather' near Ridgecrest

BLM to begin 'wild burro gather' near Ridgecrest Staff report The Bureau of Land Management is making plans to gather 300 wild burros starting next Friday and the public is invited to watch, provided they follow certain restrictions. The BLM will gather the burros which are part of the Centennial Herd Area located in San Bernardino and Inyo counties, roughly 10 miles north and east of Ridgecrest.
