Students causing 'traffic hazard' in Sleepers' Delle Gardens
RESIDENTS on a Winchester street are calling on the university to clampdown on students bringing their cars to Winchester. People living in Sleepers’ Delle Gardens say students’ parked cars are creating a traffic hazard in their cul-de-sac and they should be banned.
