Good morning, the hearing will come to order. Er id like to say on one hand, its nice to see senator carper acting as my Ranking Member, but thesa circumstances are unfortunate to say the least. Senator mccaskills husband is in the icu, so senator mccaskill is with him in missouri. We certainly want to send them our thoughts and prayers, for claire, for joe, and their family members as well.
