The future of Cornwall’s Locomotive No. 17 could very well be decided by city council during 2021 budget deliberations in the next few months.
Despite the city having set aside $100,000 in its 2017 budget in order to stabilize the 40- to 45-tonne behemoth and to further prevent its degradation, the funds had yet to be spent as of 2020. ....
