They tore up several miles of lanes on friday and poured fresh concrete over the weekend. Their original plan was to reopen those lanes early Tuesday Morning because they had to wait for that concrete to harden. But the work wrapped up early and the lanes reopened 13 hours ahead of schedule. Also new tonight, drivers will be able to check out new lights that were installed along. I80.
