Reporter matthew knows thats how he will feel tomorrow. If it rains tonight like it did last night the water will be at my front door when i get up in the morning. We probably wont be able to get out. Reporter he cant afford for that to happen, the street in front of his house is impassable. Crews pumped water out most of the day. Theyve been doing it all day.
