SMITHFIELD, RI The Town of Smithfield, in partnership with the state and Fidelity Investments, will host Rhode Island s first-ever public drive-through vaccination clinic on Saturday, June 5 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The clinic will be located at the Fidelity Investments parking garage at 100 Salem Street and offer the first or second dose of the Pfizer vaccine to anyone age 12 and older. Anyone receiving their second vaccine dose must ensure it has been 21 days since their first dose.
It takes many different approaches to vaccinate beyond the 70 percent mark, said Gov. Dan McKee in a statement.
