2022 begins with little progress on PFAS contamination
The Wisconsin DNR reports 92 PFAS contamination sites around the state. While work is underway to regulate two of the estimated 9,000 chemicals, communities, including the Town of Peshtigo grappling with contamination, do not yet have safe, sustainable drinking water sources.
