Through much of ohio, western pennsylvania, and new york. you're going to get a lot of rain later on tonight and tomorrow. tomorrow is going to be a soaking rain. this is needed because of the drought. pittsburgh all the way to syracuse, 2 to 4 inches likely in this band in western pennsylvania and western new york. we'd like to get more of the rain through strl and southern new england where it's been very dry. looks like maybe half inch to an inch in this area. from new york city southward, doesn't look like much of anything. just showery drizzle. not the kind of rain you really need to fill...
