Meet Branigan Carhart, a true North Idaho local. Branigan was born in Coeur d’Alene in 1987 and grew up in Sandpoint with her family. Just over 10 years ago she moved back to the Coeur d'Alene area with her daughter and purchased her first home in Post Falls. Branigan is the true definition of a go-getter.
