A27 closed and traffic on Shoreham Bypass after lorry crash
Police, fire and ambulance crews are currently working at the scene of the collision at Shoreham. There is slow traffic in the area as a result. A Sussex Roads Police spokesman said: "We’re on the scene at a road traffic collision on the westbound carriageway of the A27 at Shoreham. Part of the A27 is closed after a crash involving a lorry and several cars on the Shoreham Bypass "Multiple road closures are in place including the westbound carriageway of the A27 between Portslade and Lancing. "Please avoid the area as traffic is queuing." Fire crews are also in attendance.
