Citizens say their ordeal started over a month ago when the city traffic police decided to close the right turn at the Sony World signal towards the 80 feet Road from Indiranagar. Speaking to BM, a senior BBMP official handling the project said “Tender is under process and the contractor proposal has been sent to the government for approval. The government will approve the tender and then we will issue the work order. The tender has been finalised and awarded to Hyderabad-based contractor B Seenaiah & Company (Projects) Limited (BSCPL).”
