Black Restaurant Week comes to Las Vegas through March 21, showcasing six local restaurants and highlighting reviving and saving the Black restaurant industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. The restaurants offer prix-fixe brunch, lunch, and dinner menus. Pots, the Egyptian restaurant from Iman Haggag, has a shawarma combo with crispy cauliflower shawarma sandwich, Egyptian fries, and a choice of karkadeh (hibiscus extract tea) or iced tea for $14.95 at her restaurant on South Rainbow Boulevard.
