SOUTHERN PINES — An investigation continues in the search of an anonymous caller who made a threat against schools in Moore County, officials said Thursday.
A man described by police as "emotionally distressed" drowned in a lake on Saturday morning following a police chase, according to a statement from the Southern Pines Police Department.
