Sarah Townsend Network Space Developments has appointed the contractor to deliver the industrial scheme that forms part of Triumph Business Park in Speke, and work has begun. The 138,000 speculative scheme, known as Spitfire Court, is being brought forward by developer Network Space on behalf of global investor Infrared Capital Partners, which bought Triumph for £30m from an undisclosed vendor in 2019.
