Lufthansa has launched two UK routes to Frankfurt, departing from London Gatwick and Belfast City airports, as it continues to rebuild its network post covid.

British Airways is offering 750,000 seats to Europe & UK at £39 or less each way The offer is valid from 11:00am on Friday 14 January to 23:59pm on Monday 17 January 2022.

The new menu items hit all the classic airport and airplane foods — specifically three sandwiches and a wrap — with the added bonus of a little pie.  The new offerings may be the brainchild of a Michelin-starred chef, but that doesn't mean the menu will be inaccessible to anyone outside of first class. In fact, it's the opposite. These five new foods are currently available for the airline's Euro Traveller segment, which consists of "short haul economy" passengers. The UK's national airline has announced its new Speedbird Cafe menu in partnership with celebrity chef Tom Kerridge. Featuring a range of pies and sandwiches, it will be served on all BA's Euro Traveller flights. On the menu is a host of British-inspired bites including steak pies, chicken, bacon and celery brioche and Ploughman's cheddar sandwiches suitable for vegatarians.
