Walter “Gene” Curnow, who died in October 2020, was awarded the honor for his many years of community service in the city. Curnow's family accepted the posthumously given award. Jeff Williams of Gabridge and Company presented the audit report of the city’s financial performance for the period ending Sept. 30.
