One of the largest health care providers in Kentucky is now off limits to even more seniors who have Medicare Advantage plans from private insurance companies.
FLOYD COUNTY — Humana isn’t the only insurance company that will be out-of-network for Baptist Health Medicare Advantage patients starting next year.
In February, the news broke that Mayo Clinic would not treat patients covered by UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare Advantage insurance plan. The two Minnesota health care giants have now “reached an agreement on a new, multi-year network relationship.”
