Surfer's GoPro that was dropped in sea is discovered buried on beach

A surfer's GoPro camera which fell into the sea after he got wiped out by a huge wave has been found buried on a beach by a passer-by five years later. Luke Batchelor, 32, from Berwick, Northumberland, had been walking along the banks of the River Tweed, near Spittal Beach, when he spotted the camera on May 26.  Despite being hidden under the sand for half a decade, the gadget's SD card was undamaged and showed the moment the camera had disappeared under the waves on April 23, 2016.
