KPHO initially reported that the tragic incident happened on the Castles 'N Coasters amusement park in Pheonix. Firefighters were called out to the said amusement park just before six in the evening on Saturday. Phoenix Roller Coaster Stalls 12 News reported that the roller coaster was stalled at around 20 feet high.
