LoveSong gets rezoning approval

An crucial step has been taken by Prince Edward County Council to allow the development of new affordable seniors housing in Bloomfield.
Last night (Wednesday) council approved a rezoning change for the former Pinecrest Memorial Elementary School property to allow the LoveSong Seniors Housing and Community Hub & Springale Developments project to get underway.
When complete, the development would include 50 self-contained apartments for seniors and a hub which would feature a wellness centre and medical services. ....
