What we know about Arizona wildfires: Tiger Fire near Crown King burns more than 15,000 acres

Dry thunderstorms moving across Arizona in the past month because of the monsoon added to the fires burning in the state.
As of July 9, there have been 1,173 fires that have burned 551,898 acres in Arizona, according to the Department of Forestry and Fire Management spokesperson Tiffany Davila.
