June 1st, 24 states showing doubledigit declines in new cases compared to the prior week. Now almost the entire country is the exact opposite. Look at that. The explosion is forcing 19 states to now pause or roll back reopening plans. One of them is california where the governor is said to announce new restrictions a little later today. In california, leading states with the number of new cases, just over 7,500. Texas, florida, arizona and georgia rounding out the top five.
