Srinagar grenade attack: A cordon-and-search operation has been launched to nab the culprits, they added. The grenade attack came two days after four soldiers were killed in a pre-dawn strike by two terrorists on an Army camp in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district.

At about 8 pm terrorists hurled a grenade upon joint deployment of police and CRPF at the Zindshah chowk Rainawai area of Srinagar.
During the interrogation, the terror associate revealed that he was working with one active terrorist namely Basit Ahmed linked with proscribed terror outfit LeT(TRF) of Frisal Kulgam.
