Rick leventhal in wilmington beach california. we are back with rick reichmuth with the fox news weather center in new york with where florence is and where it's going. >> good evening, bret. just right there now, it's moving here getting close to the south carolina border. winds down to 70 miles per hour, the strongest sustained winds, gusting to 85. we still see this on the shore flow, not going down towards myrtle beach, off storm flow, that storm surge pushing the way to the beach, all the energy going to the ocean here. that's where we are going to continue to see the storm surge come on....
