And barely half of kids in Windsor and Essex County — 51 per cent — have gotten their first shot as of Tuesday. This region has led vaccination in Ontario. Now we’re nine percentage points behind the province in this age group. And the number is plateauing. Classes at colleges and universities start the same week.
