Fred Sirieix s The Right Course charity to open a restaurant at HMP Wormwood Scrubs A prisoner-run restaurant run in collaboration with Fred Sirieix s The Right Course charity will open in London’s HMP Wormwood Scrubs in April. The charity will transform the prison’s Staff Mess into fully functioning restaurants run by prisoners in order for them to gain relevant qualifications, proficiency in the art of service, cooking and business skills, according to Sirieix, who announced the news. It will operate as both a coffee shop and a full table service restaurant. The restaurant will be the second Right Course prison operation, following the opening of the first in 2107 in HMP Belmarsh in Thamesmead. ....
