Three members of the Codiac RCMP have been charged with obstruction of justice. The Mounties say the charges were laid against Corporal Mathieu Potvin, Constable Eric Pichette and Constable Graham Bourque in Moncton Provincial Court on December 28. The charges stem from an investigation into their alleged actions during a police operation in 2019. All three are scheduled to appear in court on March 15. Det. Joshua Jaynes and Det. Myles Cosgrove were both notified of LMPD's intent to fire them Tuesday. Jaynes requested the warrant for the search of Taylor's apartment that resulted in her death.
