The Graham City Council approved a request by the You Lead Class of 2021 to start improvements at Standpipe Mountain, starting with inquiring about the condition of the water tower and obtaining funds to make those improvements. The Young County You Lead leadership training program is coordinated by the Graham Chamber of Commerce and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.
