Harrow Council’s planning committee last week agreed to impose new rules in ten conservation areas across the borough. A notice from Harrow Council in this week’s edition of the Harrow Times details an order that has been made for changes to the speed limit to take effect from May 3. The new limit will come into force in: Astall Close, Baslow Close, Charlbury Avenue, Craigwell Close, Craigwell Drive, Derby Avenue and Du Cros Drive, between a point opposite the sout-western boundary of the road and its junction with Dalkeith Grove.
