A Berks man who was struck and killed by an SUV in Wyomissing, Berks County, Wednesday night has been identified by the York County Coroner as Charles Cleaford.

Washington St., New Castle, PA, 16101; and
Into winter: State Hill Road between Wellington Boulevard and Valley Road, Wyomissing and Spring Township, will be replacing aging piping and upgrading hydrants. Paving is set for spring. Crews will work 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Through Dec. 31: Route 143 between Crystal Cave Road and Old Route 22, Greenwich Township: bridge repair, round the clock.  Dec. 21-24: Route 222 between Route 73 and Lehigh County, several municipalities, pothole patching, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 21-24: Route 422 between Rehrersburg and Sheridan Roads, Marion Township, brush cutting, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 21-22: Mountain Road between Route 143 and Windsor Castle Road, Windsor Township, crack sealing, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
